Custom Orders

Because each Faith Frame is custom-made, all sales are final once the design has been approved.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before the design process begins.

Once a mockup has been created, cancellations are no longer accepted.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos of the issue

• We will provide a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible
